Our computerised design studio uses the latest technology and colour printing techniques to offer a rapid response to ever changing market demands. Working side by side with our staff using more traditional design methods our intention is to offer the best of both worlds - the utmost speed with ultimate flexibility, resulting in faster design creation and smoother product delivery

Working to ISO9001(2000), ISO14001 and OHSAS ISO18001 Standards, our in-house Quality Assurance Department ensures that Vanguard's products meet the high standards demanded by our detailed production specifications.

Production of both Vanguard's own label and customers' exclusive lines is subject to the most rigorous testing procedures. Only when they are completely satisfied is the product released for onward distribution to our customers.

Commitment to service
A dedicated operations team ensures that production programmes are allocated and progressed in-line with customer requirements. Sales administrators manage a group of nominated customers, enabling the development of specialised knowledge of individual account requirements. An ongoing programme of investment in computerised business systems and communications gives Vanguard the leading edge in today's competitive marketplace.

In excess of 110,000 square feet, with over 6,000 pallet spaces, Vanguards recently expanded distribution centre uses the latest computerised stock management systems.
A modern fleet of forklift trucks and handling equipment ensures that our logistics team keeps products moving effectively from us to our customers.

Our sampling workshop offers a bespoke service that can create finished product samples to a very high standard before manufacturing runs have even started. Tell us what you want, for catalogue photography, for advertisting needs, for presentation or promotional use and we'll deliver the samples you want, when you want them.
